3. Entrepreneurs

Must own a technical, innovative, or future-focused project.
Submit:
- Auditor’s letter showing project value ≥ AED 500,000.
- Approval letter from Emirate authority.
- Letter from accredited UAE business incubator.

4. Executive Directors

Bachelor’s degree (MOE certified).
5+ years of continuous experience in the same role.
Salary above AED 50,000.
Valid UAE work contract.

5. Doctors & Scientists

Doctors: Ministry of Health approval.
Scientists: Medal for Scientific Excellence or Emirates Council recommendation.
Inventors: Ministry of Economy letter confirming patent adds value to UAE economy
